I am a passionate coach who works with individuals with ADD/ADHD symptoms who are seeking to improve their personal, academic or professional lives.
After spending much of my life falling through the cracks and being faced with memory and attention challenges, I knew I didn’t “fit the mold”. A weight was lifted off my shoulder when I received the diagnosis: Attention Deficit Disorder.
As someone who has had to learn how to operate my inner pause button, I made it my personal mission to help other ADDers understand themselves and how their mind works. I have spent over a decade studying and working directly with families in the community, therefore recognizing the importance of building strong partnerships with my clients in order to deliver the best possible service.
I have received my training from the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA): the global leader and pioneer of ADHD coach training and the only comprehensive program fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC). I am a member of the ICF as well as a volunteer at the Learning Disabilities Association of Ottawa-Carleton.
I am committed to helping you gain control of your life by tapping into your strengths and identifying potential roadblocks.

Going to college or university can be overwhelming and scary. But with the right tools, systems and understanding of your brain’s unique wiring, post-secondary education can be a wonderful place to shine and discover your full potential! Whether you are just arriving at college / university or you are transitioning to the workforce, coaching can help you every step of the way.
Here are some common areas we can target through coaching:
The ADHD coaching partnership is an appreciative and creative inquiry process that empowers clients to learn about themselves and their unique brain processing so they can make choices and take actions to create the lives they choose to live. The ADHD coach listens with an appreciation and working experience of how ADHD may be impacting the client.
ADHD coaches create a safe, non-judgmental environment, listen with an ADHD understanding, observe what is preventing the client from reaching specific goals, explore ways in which the client can maximize strengths, talents, and passion, and enlist strategies and behaviours congruent with the ADHD client’s learning, processing, and organization styles. ADHD coaches regard their clients as naturally creative, resourceful, and incredible human beings.
Those who could benefit from ADHD coaching include persons who feel, think they may, or know they have ADHD, as well as:
